She previously served as a Health Assistant and Health Centre In-Charge at Dhulikhel Hospital, Kathmandu University, where she provided primary healthcare services, managed health centre operations, and coordinated community health programs. She has worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Assistant at Mekong Institute in Thailand, supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting for development programs. Her professional interests and expertise include community health management, data collection and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based research for development initiatives.
